All of the kids were excited to get back into school this year. Jessica is at college, Graigry is a Junior in high school, Tyler is in 7th grade, and Melanie is in an accelerated 5th grade class. So far all is going well - everyone likes their teachers and they are making new friends.
Melanie took great care choosing her outfit for the first day of school and deciding how to do her hair. The shirt came from DI ($2) and the pants and backpack are from Walmart. She made the flower clip in her hair and her jewelry.
This is Jessica's life-long best friend Kiera. They are going to different Universities this fall and so won't see each other for a few months.
These are a few pictures of Jessica's dorm room as the girls were moving in. She has two roommates. Her bed is the top bunk. She has already made good friends with her cute roommates. Jessica is very excited for her new adventure.
