Jessica's Junior Prom

Jessica and Casey Colledge

Stake Farm Assignment

We had a stake farm assignment this morning at 7am. Our job was to collect weeds and branches and put them in a pile. Graig got to help burn ditches or rather he watched others burn the ditches because I wouldn't let him use the propane wand to catch the weeds on fire.

Scout Campout

Warren does not cancel scout campouts for cold weather. It was about 30 degrees but they had fun anyway.

Z Update

Z-Puppy is now one year old. He is as hyper as ever. We went and got him his shots last month. He's BIG (and cute).

Baptisms for the Dead

Yesterday (Saturday), Graig and Jessica went to the Timpanogas Temple to do some baptisms for the dead. Jess invited a bunch of her friends, all of whom were able to come. The girls loved being a) in the temple, and b) being together.

Primary Easter Egg Hunt

The Young Women in our ward (enter Jessica) put on an Easter egg hunt for all the Primary kids (enter Tyler and Melanie) last Wednesday. Each kid got 10 eggs, a cookie, and a lot of candy. Everyone had a fun time!

Group shot: Ty's friend Sam, Tyler, and 3 other Primary kids.

Coloring Easter Eggs

Tyler, Jessica, Melanie, and Graigry all got to color 6-7 eggs this year. Grandma and Grandpa Henrie came over and helped. We colored eggs last week since this week was our stake's fast Sunday. There were a lot of eggs.

Piano Festival

Jess and Ty have been busy lately doing their piano festivals. Ty got a 38 of 40 and ended up playing in the honor's recital. Jess got a 39 of 40 and also ended up in the honor's recital. They were both great!

School Adventures

In addition to going on like three field trips in two weeks, Tyler has been busy with Grandparents' Day and a special book report called a "bookshare".

Graig and Melanie's Violin Recital

Graig and Melanie both played beautifully in their different orchestras at an American Heritage School recital last Wednesday. Melanie looks pretty in her concert dress. Graig is just a spaz, as usual.

Group shot: Kayson Brown(conductor of Graig's orchestra), Graig, Denise Willey(conductor of Mel's orchestra), and Melanie.

Special Needs Mutual Road Show

Jessica enjoyed participating in the Special Needs Mutual road show. Her partner, Kaylee, was a "Star Part" in the skit, so she kept Jess busy as her "Star Assistant". Kaylee was so excited to be a Star Part.
The road show was all about music- going "back in time through rock history". It was a lot of fun.

Stargazer Facilitator

Tyler's school put on a stargazing night. He was really proud to take Mom and Melanie inside the "bubble" to see the stars and give tours to younger kids.

Jessica Gets a Driver's License!

Jessica finally got her driver's license late last month- she's really enjoyed being able to drive herself around.

Tyler's Field Trip to the Capitol Building

Tyler's class went on a field trip to the Capitol building last week. They got to watch a ceremony where some people became American citizens, walk around a lot, and even sit in some of the chairs!
